time goes by - right
Just to keep up my record of the movies I've seen: Sometime around last Thursday there was Tyttö sinä olet tähti (a review in Finnish here). I liked it, mostly I was impressed by the integrity the main male actor had, at least in the beginning of the movie.
My evening today has sucked. I took a walk to Kerava centrum, hadn't been there in, like, 5 years. It was as boring as before, not to mention of course that nothing was open since it's a holiday. Otherwise I just cleaned up my inbox and watched an interview of Madonna which didn't make me feel any better about anything, I can tell you that much.
I'm thinking about widening this site's structure so that the top categories would be:
- home
- photos
- design
- articles
- fictional
- me
Also, the change might mean that the blog would move to the front page (or home). It's just that I'm still not interested in actually making it more interesting. :P

Em' Bloody Snowflakes
Saw the movies Storytelling and 21 Grams last week. I liked them both in terms of the atmosphere, the visuals etc., but somehow the stories themselves were left distant for me.
There's this Christmas and all the personal projects for the holidays. I seem to be like a friggin' pensioner with all my plans to make life at least a bit more meaningful. Bah.
There's gifts, that giving and receiving I haven't cared for since long. It's nice to meet the family though, even if there's a small insecurity about how our Family Christmas will be, this time around. Not that what Christmas seems to be these days should be confused too much with Christ, but lately I've also been living so far from the connection I was born for. Exhausted from all the running. God's grace is there, right next to me, somehow distantly I know it, I just can't reach... probably I should just stop trying.
Give it all for Him to handle.

Hellehattupelleselapiomies
Valitsin onnessani biisin Video Killed the Radio Star tanssittavakseni. Sain raikuvat aplooodit, kommentin "you've done this before!" ja hien pintaan. Se oli siispä ehdottomasti esilläolopelon voittamisen arvoista. Aloin harkita oman maton hankkimista: ilmaisia ohjelmistoja tarkoitukseen on kuulemma hyvin saatavilla.
Maanantaina pitäisi olla toisena osapuolena väittelyssä, vastustamassa väitettä "Internet regulation is good for society". Huij.

Panorama of my flat
My flat. Notice how dark it's outside? It's winter in Tampere.
Hashem took this one with his Sony Ericsson 750i camera phone. My attitude towards that brand is not the one of the most positive ones, but I do have to admit the camera on that phone WAY outperforms the one on my Nokia 6822. The resolution of the original panorama is 1664 x 432 px.

What is this?
A Christian student writing about life, faith, software etc. both in English and in Finnish. Some photos and poetry, too. Not thinking much about whether I'm being interesting or not. See also my work blog: Moodle Quiz UI
Please comment. Anything :).
Helsinki time, GMT+2.
